We provide high volume low cost spay / neuter services and a wellness clinic dedicated to the community. Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Veterinary Front Desk Manager / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clinic both in person and on the phone. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent client communication, and a positive experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar
- Handle client check-in and check-out processes
- Invoice, process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist the medical team making post op follow up courtesy calls and recording outcomes of those interactions.
- Maintain organized medical records and client information
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians and technicians
- Address client questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency, and when necessary relaying those concerns to the appropriate party to get a swift and accurate resolution.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or medical office preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and practice management software
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
