Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee custom residential projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools.
Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project progress updates.
- Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, quality control, and regulatory adherence while managing teams on-site for efficient workflow.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office tools to streamline project documentation, reporting, and communication.
