About Us
High 5's is a fast-growing New York cannabis brand known for small-batch, strain-specific infused pre-rolls. We're built on real relationships — with dispensaries, budtenders, and the people who love our products. We just opened our new home base in Bay Shore, and we're looking for the face of our brand in the field.
The Role
This is a get-out-there job. You'll be on the road most days in our company van, building relationships with our key dispensary accounts across Long Island and the NYC metro area. You'll know our buyers and budtenders by name, keep our products looking sharp on shelves, and bring the brand to life at industry events and on Instagram.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers and budtenders at our key dispensary accounts through regular in-person visits
- Merchandise our products in stores — displays, shelf placement, menus, and making sure High 5's always looks its best
- Represent High 5's at industry events, trade shows, and community activations
- Capture and create content for our Instagram — store visits, budtender features, events, and behind-the-scenes
- Support occasional deliveries to accounts using the company van
- Report back what you're seeing in the field — what's selling, what competitors are doing, what accounts need
- Log all visits, activities, and account notes in our system — your performance is measured on clear activity and sales metrics
What We're Looking For
- 21+ years of age (required for cannabis industry work in NY)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — you'll be driving a company van
- Live in or near Bay Shore / central Long Island
- Outgoing and self-motivated — comfortable walking into a store and building rapport
- Passion for cannabis culture and genuine product knowledge (budtender or dispensary experience a big plus)
- Comfortable shooting and posting social content (Instagram, Reels, Stories)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during store visits and events
- Organized and professional — disciplined about logging your activity, keeping commitments, and representing the brand well
- Reliable and trustworthy — you'll represent our brand on your own in the field
