Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This position is ideal for clinicians who value one-on-one patient care, teamwork, and a schedule that allows for work-life balance. New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and ongoing patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and support staff to optimize care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current California Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented and patient-centered mindset
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, not required
