We are a small but growing family law firm in Park City, Utah, looking for an experienced and highly skilled family law associate who is passionate about providing client-focused service. Compensation is highly competitive, salaried and NOT commission based. Compensation is commensurate with experience, designed to exceed your current salary. This is an in-person position with one virtual Friday work from home day.
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented associate with experience in Utah Family Law. You will play a key role in litigation, mediation, reviewing veteran experienced paralegal drafted pleadings, conducting legal research, engaging in consultations, and communicating with clients, all while ensuring that each client feels supported and informed throughout their case.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle family law cases including divorce, custody, child support, and property division
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Manage a caseload and meet deadlines
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
What We’re Looking For:
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2 - 3 years of Family Law Experience.
- Proven experience as an attorney in Utah family law.
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- Utah Bar license
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases

Job Type: Full-time
Location: In-person, Park City, UT (with one remote work from home day on Friday). *We also have satellite offices in Salt Lake City, Ogden and St. George.
Schedule: Salaried –Full Time, Monday–Thursday in office, Fridays and inclement weather remote. *With trust comes flexibility.
Compensation: Our offer includes a highly competitive, experience-based salary that will exceed your present compensation and importantly, is NOT commission based. We believe our associates and their degrees and experience should be respected with a competitive salary, not commissioned.
