Are you an experienced licensed barber with a passion to people look their very best. C&C Unisex Salon, a salon and barber shop in the Brass City Mall, invites you to a team of professionals who have been serving the greater Waterbury area for more than 25 years. We are actively looking to hire a talented individual to serve a strong walk in base of clients. Must be proficient with tapers, all types of fades, straight razor and current trends to contribute to the quality and integrity of service we provide our guests. Guaranteed base salary with commission incentives. Full or part time.
Responsibilities
* Perform high-quality clipper and scissor cuts, tapers, fades and straight razor work.
* Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining a loyal customer base.
* Maintain a clean and work environment, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
* Valid State of Connecticut barber license
* Proven experience in clipper and scissor cuts, with types of tapers, fades and straight razor.
* Strong customer service and communication skills, bilingual Spanish a plus.
* Ability to work weekends and flexible week day schedule
