Maintain project schedule, site logistics planning, and daily work sequencing

Enforce safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure full regulatory compliance

Manage subcontractors, trade coordination, inspections, and daily manpower

Coordinate installation of complex MEP and healthcare‑specific systems

Lead infection control, interim life safety measures (ILSM), and hospital‑compliance protocols

Conduct daily reporting and maintain accurate site documentation

Collaborate closely with project managers, design partners, and owner reps

Solve field issues proactively and communicate impacts to project leadership
