Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems accurately including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, EV/hybrid and ADAS.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations and basic tune up's
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to ensure accurate repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance shop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Flag 100% productivity in produced hours.
Requirements
- Capable and open to learning and being a team play.
- Must have own tools(WILL PAY FOR TOOL TRANSPORT)
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to work with hand tools and diagnostic equipment proficiently.
- OEM certifications preferred but not required.
- ASE preferred but not required. (will pay more if ASE are valid)

Pay: $37.00 - $55.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicle systems, including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Utilize automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to accurately identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and vehicle suspension system repairs.
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently.
- Repair diesel engines and perform welding or other mechanical repairs as needed.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to customers or service advisors.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications while adhering to quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, electrical wiring diagrams, and suspension components.
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools, schematics interpretation, and advanced repair techniques such as welding.
- Hands-on experience with GM vehicles or similar makes is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on clear communication and professionalism.
- Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Experience in auto estimating processes and maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance and repair.
