As a growing organization, Oasis Pools - Tampa is looking for an experienced pool maintenance technician. The right candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, someone with great customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions year-around. Responsibilities -
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning baskets, tile brushing, brushing pool surfaces, skimming/netting the pool, vacuuming etc.
- Test and balance water chemistry to ensure optimal conditions
- Inspect pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with technology/apps for pool service companies is beneficial
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week
