Compensation and Schedule
$16.00 hourly starting, permanent position
No experience required, hands-on training provided
40+ hours per week, Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. with one-hour lunch

Coatings Installer Responsibilities
- Management of installation schedule and CMMS system; Jobber
- Load trailers (at local office) with materials and equipment for assigned job.
- Travel from local-market office to job site; upon arrival, unload and set up.
- Prep concrete surface for application of polymer coatings.
- Operate wheeled hand-guided extra-heavy diamond-headed grinding machine.
- Operate small hand-held diamond grinders along edges.
- Vacuum and clean each grinding stage down to a clean, fresh smooth surface.
- Apply materials in stages (paint brush, roller and other application methods, in multiple layers).
- Monitor curing (in stages),
- Finish (tear down and clean up).
- Travel to office; park truck/trailer, unload excess materials, stock trailer, and depart.
Coatings Installer Requirements
- Timely arrival. *changes depending on time of year.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
- Self-motivated and ability to take direction, execute, and document daily work
- Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
- Must have a personal vehicle and/or reliable form of transportation to local office.
- Must have valid US driver's license.
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Painting, Coating & Spraying Machine Operators: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
