As the Senior Staff Technical Program Manager for Safety and Privacy, you will lead the cross-functional execution, alignment, and approach required for a product that is deeply trustworthy, compliant, and secure. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical understanding, regulatory awareness, and empathetic leadership. You will drive the effort to co-design safety mitigations directly with modeling teams, ensuring all features are responsible-by-design from the base model harness to the final App UI, while synthesizing safety, privacy, and security into a unified, multi-modal monitoring flywheel.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $300000 - $334000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
