Project Superintendent – Large-Scale Vertical Projects
CTA is seeking an experienced, driven Project Superintendent to join our team and work on large-scale, complex vertical building projects. Key Responsibilities: As a Project Superintendent, you will work alongside the Project Team to manage field operations and ensure project success:
- Oversee all field operations, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate, direct, and supervise subcontractors and direct labor on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety, schedule, quality control, and cost control standards.
- Develop and maintain the site logistics plan, ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of the project.
- Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining the overall project schedule.
- Lead weekly foreman and safety meetings to ensure team alignment and safety adherence.
- Attend and contribute to weekly owner meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Build, maintain and fulfill project schedule. Assure project milestone are achieved
- Maintain relationships with architects, owners, subcontractors, etc.
- Safety enforcement
Minimum Requirements:
- Licenses/Certifications: Massachusetts Unrestricted Supervisor’s License (required).
- Education: An Associate’s degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on field operations.
