A Die Setter/Manufacturing Mechanic is a key role in our manufacturing process.
A Mechanic will:
- Follow technical instructions and set up assembly procedures to install tool in thermoforming press
- Visually inspect all tool and machine parts for wear and defect and report issues to management
- Troubleshoot tool/die and machine issues in manufacturing setting
- Complete setups efficiently to minimize downtime on production lines
Skills and Qualifications:
A successful Mechanic will have previous experience in automotive repair or industrial maintenance.
This position will require 3-6 months training on day shift and after fully qualified will be transitioned to second shift or third shift. The position requires overtime, and frequent Saturdays.
