Relocation Coordinator
Job Summary
We're looking for a Relocation Coordinator to help residents through the relocation process during apartment community renovations. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, organization, and assisting with resident moves. If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main on-site contact for residents during the relocation process.
- Meet with residents and explain the relocation process.
- Assist with packing, moving, and resident relocations.
- Work closely with the Off-Site Coordinator to ensure relocations stay on schedule.
- Perform move-in and move-out inspections.
- Maintain accurate resident files and complete required paperwork.
- Answer resident questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Help resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Follow company procedures and project requirements.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous moving experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience leading crews, coordinating moves, or working in the moving industry is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to safely lift and move household items throughout the workday.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
