Steve's European Automotive is seeking a Facilities Technician to help maintain our buildings, grounds, equipment, and overall facility appearance. We're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, solving problems, and ensuring our team has a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment to work in every day.

JOB SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for maintaining our building, equipment, and overall shop environment so our team can perform at their best.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
- Maintain shop organization and safety standards
- Manage seasonal property maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping support
- Coordinate small repairs and vendor service when needed
- Maintain facility maintenance logs
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Mechanical aptitude and basic repair experience
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
