Duties
- Set up and decorate venues efficiently on event day, adhering to safety standards and client specifications
- Coordinate with vendors for catering, entertainment, and other event services to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning, hospitality industry roles, and banquet decoration with a strong portfolio of past work or background in interior construction
- Exceptional customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth collaboration among team members and clients
- Technical proficiency in decorating tools, lighting equipment, floral arrangements, and other decor techniques
