Conquer Capital is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Account Representative to join our growing team in Roseville, CA. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in customer service, account management, retail operations, and client relations. As an Entry-Level Account Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in a retail environment, assisting with account support, answering questions, educating customers on available products and promotions, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience. What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
Build positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Educate customers on available products, services, and current promotions.
Answer customer questions and provide accurate product and account information.
Assist customers with new account setup and updates to existing account information.
Help customers compare available options and identify solutions that best meet their needs.
Maintain accurate customer records and complete required documentation.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience and answer any additional questions.
Collaborate with team members to support daily retail operations and customer service goals.
Participate in paid training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
Stay informed on current products, services, promotions, and company updates.
Consistently provide a high level of customer care during every interaction.
