Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Help Us Build Our Pediatric PT Program!
Early Intervention Pediatrics Flexible Schedule Part-Time with Opportunity to Build Full-Time
Are you a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant who loves working with children and families?
Do you enjoy helping little ones build strength, confidence, independence, and the skills they need to explore the world around them?
If so, we'd love to meet you.
Woods Family Speech Therapy is expanding our Physical Therapy department and is looking for either a Physical Therapist (PT), a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or both!
Whether you're looking for a few hours each week, a flexible part-time schedule, weekends only (if that's your jam!), or you're hoping to grow into a full-time caseload over time—we'd love to connect.
Why Woods Family Speech Therapy?
We're a locally owned, therapist-owned practice—not a big corporate company. We believe in knowing our families by name, supporting our team well, and building something we're proud of together.
Around here, therapists aren't just employees—they're teammates. We celebrate wins together, collaborate often, and genuinely enjoy coming to work. Your ideas matter, your growth matters, and you'll always have leadership that values collaboration over micromanagement.
We're passionate about creating an environment where therapists thrive so our families receive the very best care.
What You'll Be Doing
Our Physical Therapy team primarily serves children ages birth to three through Early Intervention in homes and community settings, along with pediatric outpatient services in our Yuba City clinic. As our PT department continues to grow, there may also be opportunities to work with adults.
We proudly serve families throughout Yuba and Sutter Counties, Butte County, and portions of Woodland and Sacramento through our Regional Center partnerships. We do our best to build efficient geographic caseloads, and if you live outside Yuba City, we can often build a schedule closer to where you live.
