This is a fast-paced, people-focused position where you’ll help create an exceptional experience for our practice members while supporting the team and keeping the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Support:
- Welcome new and existing practice members with energy and enthusiasm.
- Build genuine relationships with patients and make them feel known, valued, and cared for.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help patients navigate their care.
- Prepare paperwork, process payments, and assist with other front desk responsibilities.
Evaluation Support
- Assist with new patient evaluations and other office procedures.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Educate practice members about their care plans and chiropractic procedures.
- Help patients understand the value of staying committed to their care and health goals.

Experience:
Healthcare, customer service, sales, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic, and culture fit are more important to us than having chiropractic experience.
