The Role
This is a job site based role, you'll be out in the field day to day, serving as the face of CRS on job sites across Hartford County. You'll check in at the office regularly, but your real office is wherever the work is happening. This role is central to how we deliver on our promise to customers, and it's a position that will grow with the company.
- Oversee active job sites and ensure work meets CRS quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and the office
- Communicate directly with homeowners and clients on-site
- Identify and address issues before they become problems
- Help drive a team culture built on craftsmanship and accountability
What We're Looking For
No prior roofing or construction experience is required, what matters most is your attitude and drive. We'll train you on everything you need to know. We're looking for someone who is reliable, a natural communicator, comfortable being on the move, and takes ownership of their work. If you've managed people, coordinated projects, or just have a reputation for getting things done, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
