Must Haves:
- Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday
- In home sales experience is preferred but not required
- Is coachable and eager to learn
- Self disciplined and money motivated
- Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Attend client appointments and conduct thorough exterior home inspections using safety equipment.
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to showcase solutions that align with client needs, emphasizing value propositions and technical benefits.
- Manage existing prospects through proactive communication, upselling, and ensuring exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and retention.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement.
- Engage in cold calling, direct sales efforts, and territory management to expand market reach and meet or exceed sales target
- Close contracts with clients while maintaining a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes that support long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness within designated regions.
Experience (Preferred but not required)
- Proven success in outside sales or account management roles with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience in high ticket sales environments, particularly involving physical products requiring detailed product demos and explanation of features.
- Familiarity with CRM softwares for managing customer data and tracking sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage territory sales effectively through strategic planning, analysis skills, and proactive outreach.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with exceptional customer service abilities to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations both inside the office and during client visits.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
