Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other team leads to ensure a smooth operation.
- Create an effective team environment.
- Coach and counsel team members on their performance and provide guidance to help them improve customer service and overall performance.
- Ensure that standards of conduct are met by team members.
- Oversee the conduct of meetings and special events.
- Supervise other administrative or assistant staff.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
