- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial counseling or a related financial advisory role.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, budgeting, credit management, and debt counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Financial Counselor (CFC) or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience working within nonprofit organizations or community financial education programs.
