WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
This is a professional sales role focused on helping homeowners understand their property needs. You will work with customers directly, learn how to evaluate exterior concerns, and guide them through the restoration process without relying on a roofing background.
You will:
- Meet homeowners and learn about concerns affecting their roofs or exterior property
- Complete roof and exterior inspections after receiving the required training
- Recognize potential storm-related damage and communicate your findings clearly
- Help customers understand the insurance restoration process and available next steps
- Work alongside experienced managers and sales leaders to sharpen your skills
You do not need previous roofing experience to succeed. Sales, customer service, or other face-to-face experience can be valuable, but a strong work ethic, coachability, and willingness to improve are what matter most.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Your compensation is built around production and consistent performance.
- Monthly Performance Bonuses: Typically $500 to approximately $4,000 based on production
- Annual Earning Potential: Consistent, dedicated performers have the opportunity to reach six-figure annual earnings
