Senior Service Technician Job Description

Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Driver’s license
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Extensive knowledge of service/maintenance within the commercial roofing industry
- Ability to perform physical workload and responsibilities on a daily basis
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that all day-to-day tasks are executed safely and within OSHA compliance
- Conduct repairs across all roof systems (Shingles, Modified Bitumen, BUR, Single-Ply, and Metal)
- Problem-solving and diagnosis of water intrusion
- Interact and continue relationships with clients, management, and co-workers
- Ability to adapt to the constantly changing work environments
- Complete paperwork or data input (timesheets, service work orders, etc.) in a timely manner
- Conduct thorough general inspections
Pay
- Range from $25-$33 (BOE)
