Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
Shift Available: 3rd Shift
What You'll Do
As a Floater, you'll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly by supporting multiple areas of the facility. Responsibilities may include:
- Working in various mill and finish-line production positions
- Learning and performing multiple job functions
- Maintaining safety, quality, and production standards
- Supporting team members to meet daily production goals
- Assisting with additional duties as needed

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This position requires:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movement
- Lifting up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Occasional pushing of materials weighing over 100 lbs
- Working in a loud, non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
- Safe navigation of stairs and work areas around moving equipment
