As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for a Veterinary Assistant or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) who is passionate about animal care, enjoys learning, values teamwork, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and the people who love them.

What You'll Do
Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting our veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures
- Safely handling and restraining patients using Fear Free and low-stress techniques whenever possible
- Collecting diagnostic samples and performing laboratory procedures, including blood draws, urinalysis, and in-house testing
- Taking high-quality digital radiographs
- Monitoring hospitalized and surgical patients before, during, and after procedures
- Educating clients on preventive care, wellness testing, vaccinations, medications, nutrition, and at-home care
- Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records
- Answering client phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Preparing treatment and surgical areas while maintaining a clean, organized hospital
- Collaborating with your teammates to ensure every patient receives outstanding medical care and every client feels heard and supported
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for animal health and client education
- Is kind, dependable, and thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Communicates with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and remains calm and compassionate during challenging situations
- Is eager to continue learning and expanding their skills
- Has experience in a veterinary setting (preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate!)
- Is comfortable with blood collection, radiology, anesthesia assistance, surgical prep procedures, laboratory procedures, and patient nursing care (or excited to learn)
Experience in emergency or critical care is a bonus, but not required.
