Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist Associate to join our team 3 days a week in Bayonne and Thursdays in our Somerset office. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent chairside manner, and solid experience performing molar root canals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures
- Confidently perform molar root canals and other endodontic treatments
- Deliver exceptional patient care with an emphasis on comfort, communication, and long-term oral health
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure high-quality and efficient patient experiences
Qualifications:
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
- Active NJ dental license in good standing
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience required
- Strong endodontic skills (including molar root canals) required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule:
- Mondays-Wednesday : 9:30am-6:00pm
- Thursdays (Somerset office) 8:00am-6:00pm
- Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience and production. Details to be discussed during the interview.
Pay: From $85.00 per hour
