Requirements:
- Required: Valid California License as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA).
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Experience with SEIS & Welligent is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Follow and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and treatment plans.
- Provide individual or group therapy sessions to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student performance and progress.
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other staff members.
- Follow ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
