Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bridge Superintendent to manage our resources and means & methods operation on projects in SE PA. Someone looking for a long term position and to be part of the firm's future.
Duties
- Manage craft resource allocation to projects
- Manage equipment needs and coordinate deliveries
- Work with Shop Manager to assure equipment fleet is well maintained and assist President in selecting new equipment needs
- Work with Project Managers to prepare and implement means & methods for all major activities
- Oversee craft needs, communication with craft and troubleshooting when needed
Skills
- Experience in construction management with a focus on bridge or heavy civil projects, preferably in SE PA
- Able to effectively manage craft issues, craft additions and subtractions
- Ability to collaborate with all level of company personnel from Executives to yard workers
Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
