Now Hiring for the Following Positions
1. Assistant Lab Manager
Salary: $90,000+ per year (Based on experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience with full-arch implant restorations, CAD/CAM workflows, and digital dentistry
- Ceramist experience preferred
- Experience managing laboratory teams and production workflow
- Proficiency in exocad and 3Shape preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
2. exocad CAD Designer
Salary: $75,000+ per year (Based on experience)
Qualifications
- Proven experience with exocad
- Experience designing anterior esthetic cases
- Experience with implant restorations, hybrid full-arch prosthetics, and digital dentures preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
3. Milling / 3D Printing Technician
Responsibilities
- Operate dental milling machines
- Operate dental 3D printers
- Support CAD/CAM production workflow
- Maintain production quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience with dental CAD/CAM manufacturing preferred
- Basic computer skills required
4. Equipment Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair dental laboratory equipment, including:
- Air compressors, vacuum systems, dental furnaces, milling machines, and related laboratory equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Support milling production operations
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
Qualifications
- Experience maintaining industrial or dental laboratory equipment preferred
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills
