Retail Sales Associate – The Greenville Local
The Greenville Local is a boutique Greenville apparel and lifestyle store focused on premium-quality clothing, gifts, and products inspired by the Upstate community, outdoors, and local culture.
We’re looking for outgoing, energetic people who genuinely enjoy talking with customers and being part of a fun, fast-moving environment. This is not the type of retail job where you sit behind a counter on your phone all day — we want team members who stay engaged, create conversations, help drive sales, and bring good energy to the store.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly, genuine way
- Helping customers find products and make purchasing decisions
- Creating a fun and welcoming in-store experience
- Assisting with merchandising, restocking, and organizing inventory
- Pricing apparel and helping prepare new products for the floor
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Operating the register and handling transactions
- Helping with social media content, events, or product photos

- Outgoing and talkative personality
- Great customer service skills

- Comfortable starting conversations with customers
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive
- Friendly and coachable
- Someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and looking good
- Retail or sales experience is a plus, but personality matters more

Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $14–$18/hour depending on experience
- Part-time, full-time, and seasonal positions available
- Weekend availability preferred
