The Traymore at Park Cities is a 152-bed skilled nursing community in Dallas, Texas, and we are looking for a full-time Activity Assistant to join our team. If you love staying organized and keeping things moving, this operational role focuses on reliable scheduling to ensure our daily resident programs run smoothly and on time. You will work right alongside our activities team to coordinate structured group events and personal resident visits. Because of our facility layout, you will spend your day moving throughout our wings, helping transport residents and setting up vibrant spaces for daily programs.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay: Starting at $16/hr
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts (Day shift, includes rotating weekend availability)

Responsibilities
- Lead scheduled group activities including games, exercise classes, and social crafts.
- Assist with 1-on-1 bedside visits for residents who cannot attend group sessions.
- Help transport residents safely to and from scheduled activity areas.
- Document resident participation levels and behavioral responses after each session.
- Prepare, clean, and organize activity supplies before and after daily programs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, assisted living, or senior care setting preferred.
- Ability to assist with physical event setups and resident escorting.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
