Shuttle Driver
If you are committed to providing great customer service. Like to build relationships, listen and help customers. You'd be a great candidate to join the Routes team! The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by “going the extra mile” to deliver friendly service in a professional and timely manner. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager and involves successfully identifying customers’ needs. Drivers work in a physically demanding environment. Lifting luggage; able to lift
50 pounds or heavier, prolonged sitting and frequent standing are a normal part of the job.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
● Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner and exceed their expectations every time.
● Load and unload luggage.
● Parking and moving vehicles dropped off or picked up by customers
● Complete vehicle inspections.
● Work as a team player with fellow staff members to optimize branch productivity.
● Work in outdoor weather conditions including direct sunlight, rain, heat or cold
Qualifications
● Driver's license and a clean driving record (drivers abstract required)
● Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
● Energetic
● Excellent communication skills

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift (1:30pm-10pm)
- Holidays
- Weekends mandatory
Salary information: per hour plus cash tips
Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: client services, bus driver, customer service, hospitality, van driver, delivery driver.
