Overview
We are a unique, indoor playground for children. We feature a custom built, child-sized town that includes a house, a school, a post office and 9 shops that immerse children in pretend play. We are looking for a part time director to join our team!
Duties
- Oversee and direct play sessions and parties.
- Manage team members including training them to perform their duties well.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
- Plan upcoming parties with parents.
- Open or close Toodley Town for the day.
Qualifications
- Must have leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members.
- Must have time management skills to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be honest and reliable.
- Must like children.
- Must have a food handler card (may obtain after employment is secured).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No formal education or formal experience required.
