Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Correspondence Representative to join our team. In this role you will be in charge of receiving sorting and out bounding mail/faxed documents. You will also be maintaining client debt & financial data, verifying and updating as needed.
Duties
- Sort and prepare outgoing mail, including printing and packaging documents
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and faxed documents
- Open and scan mail, processing and updating information accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of updates and status changes in the CRM system
- Verify clients’ debts and other financial data to match company guidelines
- Monitor and replenish mailroom supplies, such as envelopes, shipping materials, and postage
- Collaborate with managers and departments to ensure smooth workflows and provide support with special projects as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the mail room
- Train other team members on mail room procedures as needed
- Undertake other tasks as assigned to meet daily goals and objectives
Skills
- Previous office/administrative experience is a plus but not necessary
- Experience working in a mailroom environment (Preferred)
