What You’ll Do
- Generate leads through door-to-door prospecting in residential neighborhoods
- Engage homeowners and set appointments for roof inspections
- Educate customers on roofing solutions, insurance claims, and our services
- Build relationships and close deals
- Track activity and manage your pipeline
- Work with your team to hit and exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with face-to-face interaction and rejection (it’s part of the game)
- Competitive, driven, and coachable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
- Reliable transportation is required
