About the Role

- General Maintenance: Performing minor repairs and routine tasks, such as painting, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
- Equipment Monitoring: Inspecting and maintaining equipment, identifying potential issues, and reporting maintenance needs.
- Guest Service: Providing exceptional service by promptly addressing guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Managing inventory, programming phone systems, and monitoring utility meter readings.
- Emergency Preparedness: Responding effectively to emergencies and ensuring the safety of our guests and staff.
- Pool Operations: Overseeing and maintaining our pool and spa facilities, including water chemistry, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.

- Technical Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
