POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for establishing contact with new and existing customers, identify new opportunities, and following up on potential leads in order to capitalize on market share and ensure profitability of the organization. The Senior Account Executive will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.
The pay is negotiable during the interviewing process, based on experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make physical visits to current and prospective customers 80% of the time
- · Contact current and prospective customers via phone or email to sell and introduce new products, utilizing all available resources to turn prospects into customers.
- · Initiate and follow up with current and prospective customers to resolve problems, and answer questions
- · Send orders to the inside sales team to prepare and process, then review the estimate to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with the inside sales team
- Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
- Goes to the jobsite to measurement in order to complete an accurate quote
- Responds to requests from customers for information or samples
- Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations
· Attending sales meetings or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, regulations in the market place
- Upholding professionalism by providing courteous customer service to visitors, clients, and vendors
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Word
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One – three years experience in sales Industry and or related field
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
