Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in physical therapy

Active PT license required (license required if applicable)

Must have worked in the specialty within the last 6 months

BLS certification required; AHA or ARC accepted — certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the start date

US SSN and date of birth required for consideration — Canadian SSNs not accepted

Two professional references required for Florida placements

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
