Position Summary

The Customer Success Specialist plays a critical role in creating a smooth, positive experience for both our customers and our internal team. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customer communication, scheduling, and administrative coordination, helping keep daily operations running efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Support
- Answer and respond to customer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, quoting, and general service inquiries
- Communicate clearly, warmly, and confidently while upholding Crabtown’s service standards
Scheduling & Operations Support
- Schedule and adjust residential cleaning appointments accurately
- Coordinate with internal team members to support daily schedule flow
- Help minimize disruptions by proactively identifying and addressing scheduling challenges
Administrative & Systems Management
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Complete data entry and updates with attention to detail
- Greet and assist office guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Ensure visitors feel welcomed and supported
- Support general office and administrative tasks as needed

- Strong customer service and communication skills (phone, text, and email)

Work Environment
This is an in-office position in Annapolis, MD. The role requires consistent attendance and collaboration during scheduled hours to support customers and operations effectively.
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–2:00 pm
- Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week
- Pay: $18/hour starting
