Extension Recruiting is looking for Production Supervisors for our client in Jefferson County; our ideal candidate will be a proven leader with 5+ years of manufacturing experience, able to provide production support, planning, and training, while also leading production activities in a fast-paced environment!
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities
- Supervise teams in several different departments
- Provide support for scheduling, training, hiring, and planning
- Monitor production metrics
- Support operational improvements and cost reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership
- AAS in production management or related field is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Advanced data entry and excel skills are a plus
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
