Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and present Kitchen dishes with precision and artistry, adhering to traditional Japanese techniques.
- Select and source fresh ingredients, ensuring quality and safety in food handling.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu offerings, including seasonal specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Kitchen preparation area, following all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management for timely replenishment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating dietary restrictions.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve skills through ongoing training and development.
Skills
- Strong culinary skills with experience in food service and food preparation.
- Knowledge of fine dining standards and practices within the food industry.
- Proficiency in food handling techniques to ensure safety and quality.
- Experience in menu planning, particularly for Asian cuisine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and engage with customers.
