Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for vehicle maintenance. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire services, and other essential automotive services while ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including tire rotations and pressure checks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform various automotive services efficiently.
- Assist with basic automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive service is preferred.
- Familiarity with oil change procedures and tire service techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records of work performed.
- A valid driver's license is required for test driving vehicles when necessary.
