Responsibilities
As our Front Desk Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive prompt, professional, and courteous assistance. Responsibilities include:
- Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist residents with setting up and navigating their online resident portal accounts.
- Manage visitor access through the community gate entry system.
- Issue, activate, and manage vehicle access stickers and resident parking records.
- Provide general information regarding community policies, procedures, and amenities.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally.
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Scan, file, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents.
- Assist with resident communications.
- Support the property management team with administrative projects and daily office operations.
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
- Assist with event preparation, resident communications, and other office duties as assigned.Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Comfortable learning property management software and resident management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, front desk, resident services, customer service, hospitality, or property management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
