Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and provide personalized service that enhances their experience
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently using POS systems such as Spot On for order processing and payment handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates to keep offerings fresh and exciting
- Process cash transactions accurately, handle cashing out procedures, and reconcile daily sales using retail math principles
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while managing time effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender with cocktail mixing skills and knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft beer
- Previous experience with POS systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Prior food service or restaurant experience is desired.
- Knowledge of beverage recipe development, mixology techniques, and food safety standards
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and accurate billing
- Experience with catering or retail operations is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift supplies as needed, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
PAY: $11.35/HOUR PLUS TIPS
