Schedule Mon-Fri 8-5pm, Saturdays if needed
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
- Assist with computer setup, deployment, maintenance, and replacement activities.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts, and basic system administration tasks.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and inventory records according to IT procedures.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment preparation and account setup.
Infrastructure & Field Support
- Assist with network infrastructure projects, including cable installation, labeling, testing, and documentation.
- Support the installation and maintenance of network switches, wireless access points, and related equipment.
- Participate in workstation, production equipment, and IT asset inventories.
- Help organize server rooms, network closets, and IT storage areas.
- Assist with physical deployment of computers, monitors, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Manufacturing / Plant Support
- Provide basic IT support for shop floor devices, production systems, and manufacturing equipment connectivity.
- Coordinate with users and IT staff to troubleshoot device communication and network connectivity issues.
- Support plant-wide technology projects and IT improvement initiatives as assigned.
Desired Skills

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to perform both desk-based and physical tasks.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment safely when required.
