Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals is seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Part-Time Laundry Attendant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while helping support our housekeeping operations. Shifts typically range from 3–5 hours per day, 3–4 days per week, and include daytime and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels
- Inspect linens for stains, damage, and wear
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility
- Track inventory and restock laundry supplies as needed
- Assist with linen and supply inventory management
- Ensure linens are processed efficiently and available for the housekeeping team
- Follow company standards for cleanliness, quality, and presentation
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation required
- Daytime and weekend availability required
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, or related experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to reach overhead and below the waist
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist throughout the workday
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
