Duties
- Install a variety of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers according to manufacturer specifications and schematics
- Troubleshoot equipment issues using ladder use, hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing devices to diagnose faults accurately
- Perform maintenance, repair, and assembly of appliances ensuring optimal operation and safety standards are met
- Interpret technical diagrams such as schematics and electrical wiring diagrams to facilitate precise installation and repairs
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting appliances to customer locations and during on-site work
- Conduct plumbing, electrical work, refrigeration tasks, and mechanical adjustments as needed during installations or repairs
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
Qualifications
- Proven experience with appliance installation, repair, or service technician roles with a strong understanding of appliance mechanics and electrical systems
- Familiarity with schematics, ladder use, equipment troubleshooting, refrigeration systems, plumbing, electrical work, and assembly processes
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, electrical testing devices, and MRO (maintenance, repair & operations) practices
- Ability to read technical diagrams including schematics for wiring or mechanical systems
- Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in appliance repair or service work is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely in diverse environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally

Pay: $850.00 - $1,100.00 per week
