Join Our Team as a Hotel Maintenance/Houseperson at Comfort Suites Regency Park!
At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Hotel Maintenance/Houseperson to join our team. In this blended role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the proper maintenance of the hotel facilities and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. You’ll be responsible for both maintenance tasks and supporting housekeeping, contributing to an overall exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Do:

Perform general maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Maintain and repair hotel equipment, HVAC systems, and appliances to ensure optimal functionality.

Assist with routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to identify and resolve potential issues before they affect guest comfort.

Work closely with the Housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas and guest rooms.

Respond to guest requests related to maintenance and cleanliness promptly and professionally.

Handle basic repairs in guest rooms and common areas, including light fixtures, plumbing issues, and general room maintenance.

Assist with stocking and organizing housekeeping supplies.

Maintain the hotel’s appearance, ensuring public areas are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.

Assist with trash removal, floor care, and other housekeeping duties as required.
What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar field.

Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
